I once again provided the RIB and kayaks for safety cover for this now annual event, held last Sunday.

About 200 competitors took part this year, swimming from Tavern Beach around the castle, then into Castle Beach getting on their bikes then running... I feel exhausted just reading this back! The first swimmer was ashore in 10mins with everyone ashore within 30mins- a great achievement. Luckily the weather was perfect and no one had to be removed from the water and only one person had to hang on to a kayak for a few minutes rest.
